Chicks!

I DID NOT sacrifice to a fertility god. I swear. If I had, we would have had pups.

At any rate, had forgotten all about the eggs in the incubator, other than bugging Marq about candleling ones he could see through. The chickens started hatching today - there should be several a day for the next couple of weeks, then a little break, then go again - we just keep loading the incubator as spots come open from hatching. The 3 that hatched today were Jersey Giants I believe, then after a while we'll have some silkies, a few aracona, and a few runner ducks, with any luck.
