Great number of loose eyed and tending breeds at the trials - Beauceron, Rotties, Corgis of both Pembroke and Cardigan persuasion, Some GSD's, Collies, Shelties, Bearded Collie...15 PT dogs which means that all those people are on their way to trialing, and many of those were loose eyed dogs.
Let's see:
I can brag on the First Light dogs - Whoopi got her PT, her daughter Kestrel that I co-own got her HXAd, and her grandaughter from Kestrel and Pow, down in New Orleans finished her NA and NAJ in agility, all on the same weekend. How cool is that? Dawn should be proud of having a hand in these dogs.
Charlie was gripping but under control enough to get his PT. I think I'll hold off on showing him on sheep in started until I get that drive built up how I want it, although I might be able to fiddle around with his ducks.
Kate the smooth collie owned by the Vaughn's got her HSAd finished with two more qualifying runs this past weekend.
Kate and Frost's son Moose didn't qualify in HSAs, but he worried so much that he'd unsettled the stock on Sat, that he wouldn't come near them or run at them at all on Sunday, so we made it around the course after he'd pretty much blown it on a crossover on his outrun. Funny guy, wasn't from me that he decided to tone it down. His decision, totally.
