Pupdate

I'll post more pics late today.

They've been getting fed different places in the house, and I'm really starting on the noise desensitization during feeding times - in the livingroom I put a tiny xpen so they can start learning to be calm near people and by themselves. It is right next to a large metal filing cabinet. Feed - whack on the cabinet loudly. Nobody cares much - I think the only two dogs that noticed were Speedy and the sable girl. All the other household dogs either slept through it or were too busy trying to figure out how to get the food the pups had.

They also really really really like to sleep in their tunnels. Just now I couldn't find Bob because he was asleep in the middle of the footlong metal tunnel. Blue merle boy is asleep, upside down, in the white tunnel, with his head stuck out one end and his tail the other.

They all promptly come to "pup pup pup" and I'll start the formal come command today. Great guys so far, and really enjoying them.
