Cheese!

Sheep milk cheese. Marq decided since Hershey, Smoothie, Chevy and Cappy all have kids sent over to Meredith's, that he should milk them and try to make feta. The girls have varying quantities of milk, and varying qualities of udder and teats and temperaments, but we so far have been sucessful. His technique on handmilking is improving, and he made the cheese yesterday. It is hanging today, then I think it goes in brine tomorrow?

At any rate, by next year we'll have it figured out, and we can keep milking these guys a while longer and see if we can make another batch. Really funny to have a gallon jug in the fridge labelled "sheep juice".
