Cordell just turned 8 wks old - and boy is he handsome ( pic from 6 wks)! Blue merle rough boy, with his dad's wagging tail.
Put him on ducks - he went from unsure to "run them down and hold them" pretty darn quick. He started running the fence while other dogs were working sheep, so I harnessed him up and took him out there - he likes sheep too! He was screaming and running the whole time, "let me at 'em!!" and his drive easily took him down and back 200 ft in the arena on leash with no problem.
I think he's going to be fun.
