Unidentified Juniper Parasite
No idea what this is. Fungus? Insect Gall?
At any rate, it was orange and grey, firm about 1.5 inches in diameter. Very very large juniper tree.
Ah - Hannah B. told me - Cedar Apple Rust. Fungus.

fungas it was orange jelly at one poing for a few hours then it gets hard insects burror into it however and both a fungside and a insecaside is best to get rid of it, normaly it dosnt harm the tree though just looks nasty and can totly incoumpass the entire tree
