We trailered the sheep over to Kay's on Friday, taking Pow and Joy to be demo stockdogs. Slept overnight at the site, started the clinic at 9am the next morning. 12 ES, with 10 of them passing, and one of the two just being a puppy who will likely settle in eventually. It was great to see so many ES, and interesting to test dogs related to other dogs I've worked or tested before. Pow had a wonderful time, swam in the pond, got to work and watch his stock, and Joy had a good time as well, although she didn't get to work as much as SHE thought she wanted to!
Next one is in June, with an AHBA HCT/JHD in Oct.
